TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The form should be returned to this office within a week’s time from the date of issue.

The student is required to have two fresh sets of complete uniform at the beginning of every new session. The student must have always his uniform washed and ironed with school brooch.

The pass percentage of marks will be 40%. The religious subjects will be as compulsory as the other subjects and the student failing in any two subjects won’t be promoted to the next higher class.

The school does not allow any parent to make decision regarding the change in school timings. No parent will be allowed to interfere with or oppose any decision taken by the school regarding timing and other such matters. The student arriving at school late in the morning even by just five minutes won’t be allowed to enter the school premises.

No parent will be allowed to enter the school premises during the school hours. It is only during the visiting hours (which have been fixed between 9 a.m. & 10 a.m.) that parents can visit the school to discuss the problems / suggestions if any, with the concerned authorities of the school. The suggestions made by parents will only be considered if these are found plausible for the student community as well as for the school.

Parents can come and check the class performance of their ward/wards on every Saturday of the month.

The monthly fee must be paid in advance between 11th and 25th of every month after which a late fee of Rs. 10/= will be charged per month. In this regard you are requested to make sure that the fee is always paid right in time. The increase in fee is always expected at the beginning of every new session. There will be no fee concession granted even if you have two or more than two children reading in the school. The tuition fee for winter months must be paid in advance before the winter vacation begins.

The student will be fined if he remains absent from school without any proper reasoning. Half-day casual leave won’t be accepted by the school. The student remaining absent from the school for a week will be struck off the rolls.

The students availing himself the school bus service will have to use it for the whole session.

The father or the guardian of the student is supposed to present himself or herself on the day of admission of his ward.
